If you are eligible for an Insolvency solution and choose to go down that route, we can signpost you to the most appropriate organisation or provider. We also offer some Insolvency Solutions in-house (PIA and DSA), should you wish to choose us to help with entering into a solution. We have the required professionals available who are necessary to facilitate a solution on your behalf. These individuals are known as PIPs (Personal Insolvency Practitioners).
A PIP is the professional that is qualified and authorised by the Insolvency Service of Ireland to act on your behalf in relation to all matters of Insolvency. It is not possible to enter into an Insolvency solution without availing of the services of a PIP.
We have 5 PIPs in our practice and an efficient team of staff, so you can be assured that we will deal with your case in a timely manner, and that you will be supported throughout the lifetime of you arrangement.
